I stress easily, so yes. There have been many “OH SHIT I CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF” moments.
How do I move on? Sometimes I don’t. I’m a grudge-holder and an emotion-bottler. Even if I push something aside as ‘dealt with’, I still often hold it in the back of my mind as being a problem for years afterwards.
Generally, though, the thing that gets me through is talking about it to Jenn or my closest friends. They don’t always have the answers I need, but the always reassure me that, even if things do go to shit, they’ll still be there to help pick up the pieces.
I guess that’s all that really matters.
