One of the most annoying things about being “Well-known on the Internets” is the fact that some people believe this gives them a ‘right’ to know things about you that really hold no importance to them at all.
I received a message asking who the ‘person with the shaved head’ hanging out with us at Alcon was.
If you REALLY must know, his name is Trevor.
Why haven’t you seen him before? Because, he’s from California.
But, more importantly, if he’s hanging around with us a lot, sleeping on our accommodation floor, cosplaying with us, going to meals with us, and travelling with us, anyone with half a braincell should be able to figure out one basic fact about him in his relation to us:
He’s one of our friends.
That’s as much as you really need to know.
I met a group of awesome people cosplaying as characters from the hobbit (excuse the bad photo)
Cheers for sharing it! We didn’t get many pictures together due to us wanting to get those sweaty costumes off pretty damn fast!

I’ve used a variety of stuff… but I was taught how to use snazaroo WELL by a proper make-up artist! I now use it as my first option, unless grease-paint is better for the job.
Instead of dipping a brush or sponge into water then rubbing it into the paint, instead get a small spray bottle that uses a fine mist, and give the surface of the snaz a single spray. The less water you use, the better! Then apply your base layer of paint using a dabbing motion rather than strokes, and let each layer dry before applying the next, using hairspray or fixer spray between layers. If you can afford it, using fixer spray (or a product like Ben Nye Liquiset spray) instead of water on your Snaz will help it stay on even longer! Finally, spray yourself with another layer of hairspray/fixer, and if your skin looks a little shiny because of the paint, powder yourself lightly with translucent powder. Unless you’re painting yourself white, then use talc!
It works for me! It’s not perfect, and will rub at stress points, but it’s cheap and looks good! If you need something more hard-wearing, look up “PAX PAINT”, as that stuff will stay on really well, though isn’t nice to remove :)
JOINTS IN MOTION
As said by IFL science
Cameron Drake of San Francisco has created a collection of magnificent images showing joints in motion. He was aided by orthopedic physician Dr. Noah Weiss and the finished product is completely amazing. If you’d like to know more about the project, please check out Drake’s blog.
do you ever see a photograph of someone really attractive from like the 1800s and you suddenly get pissed because they’ve been dead for like 200 years and you probably don’t have a chance with them
“We have to go back”
you are the first person to add a comment to this that wasnt doctor who and it made me smile too bless your soul
When people compare the greatness that is The Simpsons to other animated shows like Family Guy it makes me want to set myself on fire
I went on a date last year and jokingly said “Don’t ask me I’m just a girl” and giggled at a 35 year old man thinking he’d get the reference and instead he said “that’s what I like to hear.”
